     $7500 based on 12 occupancy including children
     $500  security deposit
     $250 per week for additional guest

MID SEASON - 04/24/2010 - 08/27/2010
     $6000  based on 12 occupancy including children
     $500  security deposit
     $250 per week for additional guest

LOW SEASON - 08/28/2010 - 11/19/2010
     $5200 based on 12 occupancy including children
     $500  security deposit
     $250 per week for additional guest

HIGH SEASON - 11/20/2010 - 12/17/2010
     $7000 based on 12 occupancy including children
     $500  security deposit
     $250 per week for additional guest

HOLIDAY SEASON - 12/18/10 - 1/02/2011
     $13,000

CANCELLATION PROVISIONS

• 91 or more days prior to arrival -
• 61-90 days prior to arrival –
